The Rotten Breath is found in the Dragon Communion Cathedral. This area is located on the south side of Caelid, and players can find it by traveling south from Gowry's Shack or the Caelid Waypoint Runs. To acquire Rotten Breath, players will need 1 Dragon Heart. Follow the map image above to quickly locate the Dragon Communion Cathedral.

The Rotten Breath Dragon Enchantment has an FP cost of 36 and uses only one memory slot. Players will need to have Faith at 15, Arcane at 12, and Intelligence at 0 to meet the attribute requirement to wield this enchantment.
