Larval Tears in Elden Ring - In Elden Ring, players will have the option to respect their character once they have progressed significantly through the first two demigods. After defeating Rennalla, the Queen of the Full Moon, the demigod boss will become an NPC and allow players to respect their characters through Rebirth.

 

Players will need to find Larval Tears to respect their Rennalla characters. These are found all over the map, and the following list features all of the areas where players will find Larval Tear:

• Agheel Lake South Site Of Grace in Limgrave – Take out a weak enemy located on the cliff that turns into a giant bear. Eliminate the bear to acquire this item.
• Mimic Tear Site Of Grace in Nokron, Eternal City – Eliminate the Mimic boss to acquire Larval Tear
• Nokron, Eternal City – Found by eliminating Silver Tear enemies
• Albinuric Village: Found on a tombstone near the suspension bridge.
• Caria Manor – Found in a graveyard after taking out Royal Knight Loretta.

You can also buy Larval Tear from two NPCs in exchange for Runes:

• Siofra River Merchant – 3000 Runes
• Pidia Search Server – 3000 Runes
  

Players will also have the option to change Tarnished's appearance by selecting Cosmetics after interacting with Rennalla. While that is free, Rebirth will require players to find and present Rennala with a Larval Tear. After reaching Nokron, Eternal City players can farm Larval Tears by taking out Silver Tear opponents.
