Undoes Grappler Fortnite and adds new Icy Grappler Fortnite

Icy Grappler fortnite -  Detailed on the official Fortnite website, the November 2 patch for v18.30 marks the return of the popular mobility item, the Grappler. For Fortnite newcomers or those who may have forgotten, Grapplers can stick to almost any surface on the island, launching the player where the suction cup makes contact.

It features a 10-shot clip, although one of the main downsides is that the Grapplers aren't rechargeable, which means players will want to use it wisely. The Grappler in expert hands can make players quite elusive, although the new variant makes opponents even more slippery.

In addition to the override of the Grappler, the new Fortnite update adds a completely new version in the form of the Icy Grappler. The new weapon works in much the same way as the regular Grappler, but instead of just landing, the Icy Grappler causes the wearer's feet to freeze, giving them a boost-filled glide once they land. 

The Icy Grappler should be especially advantageous for players trying to evade enemy fire, and could provide a quick escape if they are on the decline. The new item is an Exotic, which means that players must purchase the Icy Grappler from a specific NPC.

The addition of Grappler and Icy Grappler should inject a lot of excitement in the middle of Fortnite Season 8, and it should be interesting to see the techniques players come up with when using the new Exotic. Either one should be especially helpful when facing Boss Cube Monsters or other tough adversaries.
